My trainer told me to take it everyday and it’s helped with my workouts. Mixes easy with my drinks and tastes good. O I’ll buy it again, it’s worth it!

Flavor is good, is to early to say if I got any results but I think is working little by little.

For the most part I find this effective. I feel like I have more energy when I drink it. I drink it at lunch with my meal as they suggest you drink it with food. It tastes delicious however, part of it doesn’t dissolve very well. I mix it in an 8 ounce water bottle and shake it in between sips. The last part of the bottle always has more particulates in it and it’s a little gritty but I’ve had worse.Since Amazon had such a great price on it, I ordered two last time unfortunately they put them loose in a paper mailer with no padding. One of the containers hit the top of the other container and cracked it so when I opened, the mailer, powder was everywhere. Amazon will not take this as a return so now I have to deal with the company, even though Amazon packed it this way. Lesson learned to order one at a time if ordering through Amazon.

WOW!! I love this stuff so much. I drink it while I workout. It tastes great and mixes with my water really easily. My recovery is noticeably better and feels like Im getting stronger. I just started an intense workout routine and needed some help. This was perfect for that. Must have.

I am giving this product a 4 because of the price compared to similar products. The product is great and I really noticed a difference right away. I have since purchased a cheaper version, and I am seeing zero results. The product is worth the additional cost.
