i have used ergonomic keyboards since they became available, for decades, and starting with MS and Logitech and various knockoffs, thius keyboard is the BEST I have used amongst all. It has a wide enough width to be comfortable, unlike the DELUX which I gave away because it was too narrow and badly placed keys like delete key. This keyboard, apart from the unique wine color (which I love) is responsive and roomy for large hands with separate number pad and a scroll wheel in the empty space above space bar, Also love the backlight and lit CAPS lock. EXCELLENT product!

I just got the keyboard. I have two das keyboards too. I have Model S Professional and the now discontinued 4C TKL. I wanted a ergonomic to go along with them. I had a Microsoft 4000 but it quit working.Coming from the 4000 I must say, this keyboard feels good. Connected right up to my TP-Link Bluetooth Dongle. My Logitech Master 3 mouse is connected to the dongle too, and is not effected.So far I'm liking the ProtoArc. Nice build quality, all the keys are working. I'm typing on it right now. I have no complaints so far. I'll do a update in several months after I have typed on it for some more. It's a nicely made keyboard. I have the das keyboards too. coming from to this keyboard has not been a problem. I'm used to working on laptops and S7 Tablet with keyboard case, so no big deal changing configurations. If you are looking for a good ergonomic keyboard, I believe the ProtoArc is worth the money.

I do like this keyboard and am happy with the purchase. Very easy to set up and works well.Cons: the backlight doesn't stay on 100% of the time, it lights up when you hit a key, but if it's dark sometimes that 1st key is hard to find. LoL The keys could be a bit deeper, they are a little bit shallow.Pros: attractive, comfortable ergo layout, has all the typical extra function keys. I appreciate that you can toggle to different computers with the touch of a button, I have it set up for two currently and it's so easy to switch between your choice of two Bluetooth and one USB dongle connection. It came with a protective overlay to help protect that keys from heavy use or spills and such in office or high traffic settings.Verdict is a win. I bought another one for my other office while there was still a coupon.

Four about 20 years I have used Microsfot Ergonomic (split) keyboards. I've worn them out. When my last one started to go, I decided to shop around.I tried two top-rated keyboards and was unhappy with the feel (one was just cheap) and the performance.Then I opened this keyboard and I was immediately impressed. Good design, it came in blue (my favorite color) and with clear instructions.Here's the most crucial part: The strokes are SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than on the Microsoft Keyboard. It's like a good laptop keyboard, but with an ergonomic design. And it comes with a rubber overlay that provides an even better tactile feel for the keyboard, and I slip less.The result? I make a lot fewer mistakes, and I must be typing 25-50% faster than I used to as a result.WOW!ANOTHER BONUS: This device features two Bluetooth channels, which is particularly useful for me since I work with two computers at my desk (don't ask, it's complicated). It takes just a push of a button to switch between them. WONDERFUL! I LOVE IT! It saves me even more time, and I get an excellent keyboard without having to buy two!Occasionally, I need to resync with the Bluetooth, but it has a special sync button that opens the Microsoft Windows Bluetooth configuration setting, making it fast and easy.I highly recommend this keyboard for anyone who values a good keyboard.And for anyone who doesn't know the difference, try this keyboard and you will understand.

I've tried a whole bunch of keyboards. My favorite before I went ergonomic was the mechanical keyboards with cherry MX blue switches, and getting an ergonomic keyboard with mechanical switches is expensive. Of all the ergonomic keyboards I've tried, this has been the best combination of value and function.Insignia ergonomic keyboard - cheap, space bar especially hard to press, sometimes other keys hard to press as well. The cheap keyboards with full size keys seem to have this problem.ZSA Moonlander - expensive! Awesome keyboard, but too much time fiddling with software mapped key placement, not to mention that certain keys I was used to HAD to be remapped because there just weren't as many keys as a full size keyboard. Also couldn't get used to keys placed in columns or placement of keys under thumbs.Microsoft Sculpt - somewhat expensive, chews up batteries in the keyboard and mouse much faster than equivalent Logitech products. Replacing batteries gets tiresome. Some instances of repeated key presses, especially space bar. The detached number pad always gets lost in my desk.Pros - this keyboard has chicklet style keys like the Sculpt, which I think makes it easier for a manufacturer to produce an inexpensive keyboard that still feels good. It has an internal rechargeable battery, can be recharged via USB C, doesn't seem to cause any repeated key presses, and looks really nice in blue. It has conventional key placement and an attached number pad.Cons - The "Super" key (Windows key or Mac Command Key) doesn't have the Windows logo that I'm used to, so it takes me just a second longer to figure out what I'm doing with that key for now.Unknown - I haven't really figured out how long the internal battery is going to last.
