I received these and they are flimsy pieces of a silicone type material. The description says magnetic, but the "magnets" are so tiny, and they don't work. They fall off and do nothing. I'm going to TRY returning them.

Purchased for a friend that's experiencing constant ringing of the ears. My friend placed the device in her ear and the ringing stopped instantly. I will be purchased a set for my Aunt and my husband! Happy to hear it helps with snoring too!

This is cheaply made, and it does not work. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought them. Wast of money

I bought these for tinitus, but it did not work for me. I used them for a few days with no results.

Not worth the money, garbage product

Effective for alleviating the intensity of tinnitus and dizziness. They are difficult to keep in the ear though, so 4 stars it is!

These do absolutely nothing! No change in my ear ringing at all. Don’t waste your time with them!

Had them for couple of months now. They didn't seem to help my problem with tinnitus.

I am not able to wear this properly, it keeps coming out and fallling out. Can some one please advise.
