Total waste of time. Set up an account and tried to activate the SIM. Supposed to get a text with activation code. Tried multiple times but no text. Tried a different phone - no text. After 20 minutes on the phone to Labara with several 'give me a few minutes' and endless security questions re bank, card used etc. I'm told there was a block on my account because I had only just bought the SIM 🥴 Told it should work now.. it did BUT I was refused the half price for 3 months offer printed on the package and promised by Amazon as 'it's not compatible with your purchase 😡 Wasted 4 hours and £2.50 so far - think I'll cut my losses and throw the SIM in the waste bin?

I bought this for my kid, as I needed to be able to call him from school, but he doesn't need data or calls that much, so the price seemed reasonable. However, the reception is a hit and miss, sometimes it works other times it doesn't.
