I normally buy the brand name diaphragm replacement for my Littman. This was cheap enough that I purchased this at the same time as buying a new Littman diaphragm. Initially, it was harder to put on the stethoscope, but now I am a big fan because it does not come off when I pull my stethoscope out of my bag. In the future, this is my 1st choice, not a back-up option. The white also looks clean and fresh. I have not used the ear pieces yet.

Great product at a nice price. I needed the stethescope cover and it fit so well and snug. I am not sure but it almost feels like I hear better than with the original. Very satisfied!

Does not fit stethoscope. Waste of money. Just buy a new one.
