Bought this fan last month and it's been working so good. Airflow is cool, strong and even, it makes almost very low noise. Looks nice in my hall and build sturdy. Remote is easy to use and very convenient to control the fan. My friends noticed it and they were really impressed with the modern look and low noise. Definitely a good buy for the price. Stunning silver color looks so pretty.

The product looks very good. It also has advanced features. I bought it assuming that it will be silent. But after few days of usage, it is giving a tick tick sound. The support person also checked the issue, but the issue comes up again. Not a good experience.

I had ordered 3 Premium Aero Sense fans during end of September 2025, Extremely unhappy with the service and quality of the product. 1)Poor product quality control, defective unfinished blades were sent in two fans. 2) Fan blades are not balanced properly, causing extreme wobbling. Blades were to be replaced, it is one month now. 3) Service is extremely poor, outsourced to some third party. I am from Mumbai, the service request raised are closed without attending. Very frustrating. 4) Out of the 3 fans, 2 have wobbling issues and one fan which has not issues just stopped working after 25 days. The only good thing is the features and the looks, for which I have given 1 star. Paid around 24k for 3 fans. Would not recommend.

The fan has an excellent design and the packaging was great. It runs silently, but the speed control is completely unreliable. Sometimes the speed automatically decreases, and other times it increases on its own. I contacted the service centre and, after a long struggle, received a replacement fan. Unfortunately, within just three months, the same issue started again. I honestly don’t have the energy to go through the complaint process once more. If anyone from Orient is reading this, please help me by providing a replacement for these two fans—preferably a non-BLDC model at a reasonable cost.
