After using the Fovera heel cup sleeves, I've found they've been a great help with my heel pain. I spend a lot of time on my feet, and these have made a noticeable difference in how comfortable I feel throughout the day. The gel padding is nice and soft, giving my heels a cushioned feeling that really helps with the shock of walking. I've been wearing them inside my regular shoes and they fit well

This FOVERA heel cup sleeve is a pretty USELESS BUY. The THICKNESS of the silicone GEL is MINIMUM and hardly gives any cushioning effect to my painful heels. The contraption SLIPS and ROTATES around after only a few steps of walk. The height of the rear belt is too low. It barely wraps round the Achilles Tendon insertion i.e. the rear point of my heel. So, it does NOT hold tight. The slender Velcro strap is NOT able to hold the cup sleeve in its position without a proper restraint from the rear belt. Sadly it's a non-returnable item. But I'd urge AMAZON and Sunny Patel (owner of FOVERA) to read this review and offer me a RETURN of the item and/or REFUND of the ₹399/- I paid. Otherwise, I'd consider this a WASTE of my hard-earned money. I am a DOCTOR by profession. I'll, of course, spread the review to my ORTHOPEDIC and PHYSIOTHERAPY colleagues NOT to recommend this ever to their patients with PLANTAR FASCITIS.
