I'm not a doctor, nutritionist or health professional in any way shape or form, nor do I have the ability or expertise to examine the contents of this product. The only thing I know is that I've been using it for a long time and since I started my good cholesterol has gone up and remained stable ever since I started. My HDL has always been below normal or recommended levels until I started taking this product. No taste or nasty flavor or after taste so that's a plus too. The supplements are in a similar type of dissolving plastic commonly scene in pills, vitamins and supplements so if you're concerned about micro plastics you might want to be aware of that.

Only fish oil tablet that doesn't taste like fish. Keep in cool location. Seems to work well.

The product seems old. All of the pills were glued together and every time I tried to separate, it made a smelly, oily mess that lingered on my hands for a day. This product does not seem like the same as what they sell- more fresh at the doctor’s office. I’ll be buying from them and not Amazon from now on.

I bought these to help lower my triglyceride levels. I did not feel comfortable taking statins. Well...., let me tell you that my triglycerides went from 886 t0 266 in two months and then to 146 three months after that. To be sure, my diet was a 180 from what it had been before, specifically very, very little added sugars & absolutely zero fried foods. I have the occasional pasta and I have switched to sprouted bread for morning toast (it's even better than white flour or whole wheat flour bread so I definitely am not missing out there!). Also, NO fast food. ZERO! So......while these supplements were not a miracle cure, I am pretty sure they helped a lot. My doctor was absolutely amazed at my numbers! Expensive though, I will say that.

I actually like these quite a bit. Fish oil to try to raise my HDL and Vitamin D to keep my immune system going, but I'm having an HUGE problem with it. Every time I order it through a subscription with the discount, I receive a bottle that has one or more capsules broken open and the whole batch of pills is stuck together and smells atrocious. Heaven forbid if I get any on my hands because they will smell horrible for days. BUT, when I order and pay full price, they arrive just fine. It has happened three times now, so I don't think it is a coincidence.
