Poor quality product.
My Samsung Galaxy J7 10F (2016) Original is not recognising your battery which I received today.My old depleted battery is still getting charged but ur new battery refuses to get charged. Doesn't get charged even upto 1% afer 30 min of Charging. Though I have ordered for replacement but what's the guarantee that the New piece will work? How do you intend to compensate the customer in this case?
