These are not good. We get truffles all the time. Thought we try something different. These are dried out something but not real truffles. Don’t wast your money.

This stuff is great. The quality is immediately apparent from the moment you open the jar and get hit by that distinctive, funky truffle aroma. The texture is also surprisingly great. I was expecting maybe some sort of degradation from just sitting in a jar, but they're very fresh and held up quite well. They're not rubbery or mushy whatsoever. The slices are reasonably sized as well, perfect for garnishing or including in the meal. The ingredient list starts off strong, with summer truffles comprising at least 50% of the jar, followed up with extra virgin olive oil and salt, and finished with a rather peculiar choice - artificial flavor. I'm not going to pretend I am some truffle expert, but I'm not sure if that was really needed here. Overall, I think this is a great quality foodstuff at a reasonable price. You're getting a good bit of truffle here and the oil in the jar is liquid gold as well. You can add that to your pastas, eggs, or other dishes to get an intense burst of truffle flavor.

These are truffles what else is there to know and the oil they are shipped in makes eggs taste very good. Arrived in good shape was impressed at quality packaging. On regular order such a great value.

The flavor is decent, however, the jar was 3/4 full. Felt like a rip off.
