This little tool really gets the job done! I had another way more experience fascia tool and this one is way better and far less expensive. The handle is great and super easy to use! The size is perfect for even the smaller areas. It massages exactly as it’s suppose to!

I was pleasantly surprised that I could use this tool on my leg over my sweats and feel a difference. If you’re a do it yourself kind of person you can use it over clothing on your legs or arms that feel tight or stiff for a few minutes and you might feel a difference after using it. The handle also makes it easy to hold. I’m giving it three stars because I want to use it for a while to see if it can make a bigger difference to me.

This tool is brilliant for massage (I'm a professional massage therapist). I use it upside down and the right way up to work into my clients' scapula. It's so good, definitely recommend it. I don't find it too big but may have bigger hands than other ladies, I'm not sure!
