I found this item based on a lab testing site to find an item that is pure and does the job. I have taken 30-day supply so far, and this has helped my inflammation and other issues. Easy to take caplets. No issues with taste or an upset stomach. There are so many brands on the market, so I did hours of research on the ingredients and purity before I found this item. I needed the maximum dose into my system, and this product provides that. Please don't change the formula or anything about this item. I am very happy with it so far and will continue to take this for certain health issues that I suffer with.

I have much inflammation/pain related to an bad accident accident that damaged my knees, hip & back years ago. Because also I have A-fib, I can not take inflammation reducing NSAIDs like naproxin sodium or supplements with blood thinning side affects like black pepper (which is often put in turmeric to make it more usable by the body). I will not take narcotics which have been offered by several doctors. I used to teach graduate level research courses in the health sciences and have used my skills to search the scientific information available on supplements which is easily available from a number of sources such as Consumer Labs, the Peoples Pharmacy, & Google Scholar etc. This quest has led me to use the following to reduce my inflammation and pain: A good quality of Boswellia Serrata Extract (like that made by Swanson, a top choice of Consumer Labs). I take 200 to 300 mg boswellia two to three times a day IN COMBINATION with A1 Vitality Turmeric (2 pills a day). I use A1 because tumeric tends to increase the anti-inflammatory properties of boswellia while also having inflation reducing benefits of its own. This combo has helped me stay almost pain free throughout the day and night. One other thing...boswellia (which is well researched and has been used to reduce inflammation in India health care for hundreds of years) works better when taken with fats so, I take it when I take my Omega 3 capsules...taking the boswellia & turmeric combo with a fatty meal should also work. The human body is complex. Taking several high quality supplements, in combo, that are well researched may be a better way to reduce more severe cases of inflammation & pain. You may not need to take as much as I do, so start slow and gradually increase if you get a result. For me, the boswellia greatly reduced my pain levels but, I would wake up in pain. A1 Vitality turmeric in combo is what helped me reduce may pain around the clock.

I deal with aches and pains due to a bad back. I’ve started taking these and it’s helped with that. I can definitely tell a difference if I forget to take them regularly. They are also easy on my sensitive stomach.

As a 72 year old Trainer and Yoga Teacher. I'm doing something every day so my muscles and joints get a work out. I have had occasional bouts of Arthritis over the years and Turmeric Curcumin has helped greatly. I was using Natures Branch Turmeric Curcumin with BioPerine for inflammation until I began taking Tigovit Green Tea Complex with BioPerine. I have really come to rely upon Turmeric Curcumin but I also like Tigovit for it's high EGCG absorption and all the bennies of EGCG, including even more inflammation prevention, cognition and more. I thought taking 2 supplements with BioPerine might not be so good for my tummy so, when I spotted these softgels, jumped on it. On the down side, these A1 Vitality caps Gelatin which means they are not vegan. I'm still giving them 5 stars for the price and quality. I'm taking these caps with Tigovit together once or twice daily for a few months now and I feel great!

I love that these softgels are small and I have no problem swallowing them. I cannot swallow medium or big pills anymore. Good product! I wish all manufacturers would make smaller softgels or pills. thank you.

It worked well until my husband got kidney stones. Ouch! Tumeric is high in oxalates and this is a very high dose. We ended up in the ER for hours. Beware!

The five stars is for the company, which I was so impressed with when I wrote and asked questions to which the owner quickly and thoroughly responded. I tried two bottles and am honestly not sure it helped much--but that doesn't mean the product won't work for someone else. The review concerning the color difference from bottle to bottle had me reach out to the company, and here's the reply: "Our softgels are derived from a natural product and the color of the liquid produced can vary significantly from medium brown to red/maroon. Different turmeric varieties and their growing conditions, seasonal and climatic variations in the regions from which the root is sourced can affect the color intensity of curcumin extracted from them." That made perfect sense to me. For those who complained about the capsules being stuck together--I feel that is dependent on how long the package sat on a delivery truck and really not the fault of the company. [I avoid buying certain items in the summer for the same reason.] The price seems reasonable to me for the quality of the ingredients, and if I find that my arthritic hands feels worse in the next weeks, I will repurchase and try using the product again.

I had forgotten that I had once bought these. I only want high quality Turmeric which has to be 95% standardized. I just ordered another product because I had forgotten about these. My next order will be for these because they sound very high quality.
