Fun as hell Get decent batteries.
This thing is awesome. Very durable. Fun on both 2s and 3s. Get batteries with 80c or higher. It is prone to low voltage cutoff if not.

This depends on where you're at in the hobby and what you're looking for
Soooooo alot of people(purist) like to go after the esc combo but I have not really had an issue other than it is not a programmable with a program card only what is adjustable from the remote but i feel that out of the box in the rtr category this is a great rig. Entry level hmmm maybe if you step the power down to start to 50% or use a 2s battery yes but it does have that arrma ridiculous speed. It can take a whipping ran 5 3s 5200s through it first day and it took it great, outside of an operator failure on a poorly centered jump and blew aprt a support arm. Watch the tires on pavement its very torquey and due to the softness the front wheels grip hard so expect to burn tread on the rear tire opposite of your turning direction. This leads to devouring the tires really quick but those same tires on dirt sand and other terrain have expandability and softness that really help in my opinion. Out performed Traxxas slash vxl 4x4 speedwise and toughness but not as agile on dirt or cornering/turning on harder surfaces.

Just about perfect!
This thing rips as an rtr. Definitely gonna want a few more teeth for the pinion gear to get the speed you’re after. I went to this after running the Fury 223s blx hijklmnop to try 4x4 short course. The Fury is noticeably faster, but the Senton (after some oil and ride height adjustments) is absolutely planted. Cool for controlled driving if you’re into that. May also want to fiddle with the diffs as well to have an easier time jumping if you’re after this for bashing. But yeah…Senton good. Definitely has the more “premium” feel when compared the the Fury. That being said..the fury IS easier to work on. Doing/repairing things on the Senton is definitely an “end of the day” experience. It takes some time as there’s more to do (remove) before you can actually get to doing the thing you’re trying to…do. This is one of those trucks that makes you either appreciate your electric screwdriver..or snag a new one QUICK. As for the chassis/body they’re bothering very decent. Chassis is very nice. Battery strap system is…not my favorite. It can easily be swapped for all those free velcros that come with lipos nowadays. Body is a body. It will start to split at the rear corners like any short course ever forever. Fiber tape/liquid electrical tape/etc will keep the creeping cracks at bay. Fits/locks into place well as long as you keep the clipless system blown out and not too dusty. All in all it’s definitely a 9/10 or better. Highly recommend. Even with the 2-in-1 esc/rx on slt it’s a terrific truck. A quick random tidbit: 12mm HUB ADAPTERS ARE INCLUDED. Truck comes with 14mm installed and 12mm in the box. A welcomed surprise.

How is this ok?
Ordered and paid full price for a new truck. These pictures are taken immediately out of the box. This thing has clearly been thrashed, and came complete with worn tires on replacement wheels, cracked body, and a bent lower control arm with a chunk missing from its front strut. Immediately contacted Amazon cs, and was informed that arrma will not do exchanges, and return was my only option. you would think that with a niche hobby like this and asking the prices they do that HH would have better customer support. I guess I'm a Traxxas or team associated guy now as thia is ridiculous. This was purchased from the manufacturer through Amazon. So someone made the conscious decision to box a return up and send it to me as a new product probably hoping it was for a child and it would get driven and thrashed before it was noticed. I would not just avoid this product but the manufacturer as a whole after this experience, combined with the electrical issues in other reviews.

Good car, some issues out of box
Fun car, bought to play around. Out of the box it had an alignment issue so ended up having to mess with it so it would go straight. Also within 15 minutes it kept going into limp mode if I pinned the throttle with the car going away from me. Then it would be in limp mode and id have to reset the car through a power cycle. All in all for the money its a good RC, but will be looking to figure out the limp mode problem and replace or upgrade some of the components. Video of me doing some cyclones in the house on tile. Definately fun in the dirt but have only driven in my backyard so far
