Beautiful aesthetic earbuds, check your packaging, low volume UPDATE
First of all, I love how these look and feel! I wanted some open-ear earbuds that weren't so big, were attractive, had decent sound, were from a name brand, and were not as expensive as the BOSE options. For starters, I ordered the black and maroon and kept the maroon because I preferred the color. They look like jewelry. The earbuds paired to any device I needed them too right away. One plus? Physical buttons! The button controls are easy to use and responsive. The earbuds cuff around the outer edge of the ear. The size like with most open earbuds are slightly larger than most earbuds YET the case is very compact. Once inside the case, the earbuds are very tiny. No one seamed to notice me wearing them until I pointed them out, other than compliments on my new earrings. They stayed connected all day, and lasted about an 8+ hour day of constant wear. The earbuds open up to slightly clasp onto the ear but were comfortable. PROS Quick connectivity App controls Physical buttons Style and aesthetics Comfort: You won't know you're wearing them They do not fall out of your ear easily CONS Sound volume: Open-ear earbuds are designed to not go directly into the ear canal so that the person can still hear what is around them. Unfortunately, even for open-ear buds like the Oladance for example, these have abysmally quiet sound if in a busy environment or any environment not quiet like a library. The poor sound is the biggest con to me with these. The quality is good, the volume is not. NEUTRALS NEUTRAL: Price is lower than the BOSE but higher overall NEUTRAL: My item came without the box wrapped in paper like the black model. I inspected the buds. They were clean BUT the box was dirty! No instructions were included but the app has instructions included. Price: While cheaper than BOSE, BOSE is expensive for a reason. The sound quality here is good, but the volume is not. The build quality is good but again, the sound is the biggest boon or con to any earbuds. UPDATE TO 5 STARS FOR WATER SURVIVABILITY I dropped the left earbud in an empty clean toilet! I fished it out, dried it, disinfected the bud, blew in compressed air, baked it in a low-temp lab oven with active antimicrobial ions, air-dried, and powered off the earbuds... Lo and behold, it works and holds charge as if nothing happened despite being in water for at least 3 minutes and 100% ethanol for at least 30 seconds. It is not everyday you find earbuds that can survive water!

Great ear buds!
I really love the JVC near phones. I really don't like the earbuds that you have to stick in your ear, so these are a great option for the outer ear. They go on almost like a hoop earring around your ear, and they are very comfortable for hours of where. since these are out of earbuds, the sound is not that loud, but it is a nice quality sound which in my opinion will be better for my hearing in the long run. These are fashionable easy to put on and you can also answer your phone from the earbud without having to actually have your cell phone in your hand. I got about 8 to 10 hours of use time without having to recharge the earbuds. I definitely recommend for anyone on the go and also if you like to workout , I think these will be a great option for that as well. Also, for my ladies these will fit in the most tiniest purse so you can always take them on the go no matter where you're headed to. I love these. It took me a long time to find a pair of earbuds that I actually enjoy wearing on a daily basis so I totally recommend these. They are worth the money. Another side note is you can also do connecting so I do have these connected to my iPad and my phone which is great another great option. Also, I have not had any issues with these falling out of my ear like I used to with my old earbuds.

Amazing!!
These are a 9.5 out of 10 for me. I listen to music many times a day needed something that I could keep on for multiple hours. I have very small ears so (in ear headphones) give me a ton of ear fatigue within 30 minutes and almost all of them fall out very very often. I was looking at the Bose open ear but decided to try JVC because I've had the brand in the past and they were solid. I can tell you that I'm very happy with this purchase. Pros: These are very comfortable for my ears. I have even forgotten I had them on when I only had one on at a time. They charge pretty fast. They use USB C, the color green teal color is so nice it makes me want to get a second color. They are not touch sensitive, they 2 buttons, the sound quality is a 8.5 at best. There isn't enough base but everything is clear and when your just lounging these actually sound perfect. Cons: lacking in sound, any environment with more than a few sounds, phone ringing, few people talking, fans, walking, TV on low. The sound gets lost and looses alot of its oompfh. For the price I got these at 69$ on sale I am very satisfied. They easily worth the 100$. Lastly, if your gonna get and your not sure on a color. Try a bold one. These are beautiful.

New Essentials
I've been using these for a month and can say I've gotten enough time with them to feel I made a very good purchase with no regrets. Initially, I was unsure if they would be able to replace my Pixel Buds Pro and I was right to be unsure. For starters, these don't have noise cancelling which can definitely come in handy in very noisy scenarios and I wouldn't recommend using these if you're wearing a beanie or anything that will cover your ears. With that out of the way, the sound quality is okay with these. It's not the best, but the fact that I can wear these for over 8 straight hours with NO fatigue is mind-blowing. I can turn them up loud enough to hear my music over multiple people speaking over each other at the same time. My ears don't get itchy or sweaty from prolonged use and that alone makes them an absolute daily essential for me. What's even better is that I can have a conversation without taking them off. Transparency mode exists, yeah, but it's never as good as being able to have close to full situational awareness. The battery lasts all day for me and I don't even need to recharge after using both earbuds at the same time for my 8 hour shifts. The app is OK and offers some nice options for customizing button presses as there are physical buttons in lieu of pesky touch controls on both buds, but is not necessary. I can only NOT reccomend these for anything involving phone calls as it seems to change how the sound is processed and it becomes kind of ear-piercing to have prolonged conversations. This includes voice chatting with Discord as well: anything involving the microphone seems to make the sound output really weird. I will say that my friends didn't mind the microphone quality, which surprised me. For videos and gaming, they do offer a low-latency mode, albeit the app is required to enable it. TL;DR Great for extended use. Not the loudest, but loud enough. Able to have conversations and hear surroundings well. Incredibly comfortable and I love the design. Calls sound kind of awful, but is nice in a pinch. Low-latency mode available with app.

My favorite listening device so far
Ive never tried headphones like this and wasnt sure hiw they would sound but from podcasts to music they sound incredible, loud enough to enjoy but not so intense like in ear earbuds are at higher volumes, i also like that even after hours they still feel comfortable. I like that both have a control button and with the jvc app you can program the 1-2-3-4 click controls for either side.

On the Fence.
I have an iPhone, and while I loathe the AirPods, I loved how Siri would read my texts or announce calls. They just never fit my ears. So these earbuds are a great fit. Easy to use. They don’t fall off. Great sound. My biggest issue is Siri ghosted me. I don’t know if it’s me and I can’t figure out how to get these buds compatible with Siri, or if it’s just not compatible. I’ve made sure I had the Siri options on in my phone settings. It just does not work. Which sucks. So if you can get over Siri not being available, these are great and value for money. I LOVE the fit. I just don’t like the technology level.

Comfy earbuds!
So far, I am very happy with the product. During my initial research of open ear earbuds, I had a few candidates, but in the end, my trusty JVC won for price, color choices, and reviews (especially about moisture sensitivity). I never like the silicone buds that go into my ears. I get sweaty. Also, I didn't find any that comfortably sit around my ears. So many times they popped out and fell on the ground. They are comfortable and don't get affected when I am taking on/off a bike helmet, sunglasses, or trying to tie a ponytail. My primary use is to listen to podcasts when I walk. Now that I know they don't fall easily, I use them during a casual ride and running. Because they are open ear type, when windy (also creating your own wind by riding fast), the sound gets dim. That's expected in my mind. Some may use this as a negative thing, but I can't think of any that shut off outside noises with this type.
