They are firm and crunchy

Many damaged on arrival.
Tasted really nice, however when arrived many fifth biscuits were broken (assuming during delivery). Very expensive to have them destroyed and trying to notify via Amazon was so difficult.

Wanted to give no stars Biscuits mostly broken into small pieces , I messaged the company and sent photos had no response , item is non returnable , will not order again , they were a gift and very expensive !!
