These are a godsend for people like me who are lactose intolerant. I used to have to avoid a lot of different foods, especially at cafés which sucked. Now I just take two of these and I can have my cheese and ham toasties again! Or pizza, or anything! They work great and are a must have for anybody who struggles with lactose intolerance. I have tried the Vanilla, and the raspberry ones and I recommend the raspberry ones. The vanilla taste nice but the others are nicer.

Great taste. They smell a bit like custard creams! They work well when eating a meal heavy in dairy. They work the same as the raspberry flavoured ones

Repeat orders with these, as they certainly help to digest milk products, eaten in moderation or small portions. Can't do without them now.

my god, these are a life saver. It sucked so bad not being able to have milk products etc. These I take 2 before eating and wow it worked. My sister recommended them and im glad she did!

These helped with my lactose intolerance however the recommended dosage is 2 with each meal. Unfortunately they contain a significant amount of sugar. There are far healthier alternatives available I won’t be purchasing these again.

These genuinely work. They were recommended to me for my husband and now he takes them daily. Milky coffees and ice cream don't upset his stomach any more. This is an honest review.
