The media could not be loaded. Subject: Urgent: Replacement Request for Defective TV Purchased on AmazonDear Amazon Support,I purchased a television on 12th July during your offer sale. Unfortunately, just a day after the delivery, the TV developed a fault. We immediately raised a complaint regarding the issue. However, even though the product is clearly defective and only 10 days have passed since the purchase, no replacement has been processed so far.This is extremely disappointing, especially considering the product quality and the customer experience we expected from Amazon. As the issue occurred within the replacement window, we kindly request you to honor the 10-day replacement policy and provide a quick resolution either through replacement or refund.Please treat this as urgent and resolve it at the earliest.

Value for money purchase.
The product was delivered in time and the installation was done within 2 days . I paid extra for a wall bracket , as the product had a table stand. The performance of the unit is very good. The sound quality is also satisfactory. The alexa enabled feature on the remote is comfortable to select the channels. Overall It's a value for money purchase.

Very Poor product quality
Very bad product and terrible service!I bought two TVs, and both have not worked properly since day one. When I reached out to the company for a replacement, they refused, saying that I had missed the return window — which was just one week!Now, instead of offering a replacement, they are telling me I need to change the motherboard — for a brand new TV! This is completely unacceptable.I strongly advise against buying from this brand. Poor product quality, even worse customer service. Save your money and avoid the hassle.
