These are great and superb value for money. They can be used on internal doors but I use them outside with a (purchased separately) anchor fixed to an external wall. It can be easily unclipped from the anchor to put away after use (although I tend to leave it out!). They are as good as the branded versions to be found in gyms and great for various exercises. Although I use them for upper body training I know from YouTube videos that they can be used for lots of different training options. A high quality product.The straps can be adjusted so it's ideal for all levels, and there are ways of using it so that you're trying to lift your whole body weight. I'm not at that level yet but it's good to know I can progress to that in the future. It comes with a bag so can be put away for storage.

Super cheap and so far very sturdy. Been using mine in the garage fixed to a wooden beam using a marine eye plate I bought from screwfix for a few quid.It's lacking the extra loop on the handle sported by some other models so you can't perform the single leg squat with the rear leg supported by the strap. Not a huge deal breaker for me but some might disagree.Overall, happy with the quality and at this price point I should be. Never would I shell out over a 100 quid for some webbing with handles and carabiners attached to it. Let's face it, even the high-end versions of these suspension trainers are made in the far East and maybe the same factory.

If your looking for a great suspension trainer without paying the price of the branded version I would highly recommend this product. The build quality is excellent, I have been using it for months without any sign of wear and tear, the straps feel very well made, the stitching is excellent and the product feels expensive.A suspension trainer is great for anyone, it's doesn't matter how strong or fit you are, your body size or location. Simply hook this thing up to something sturdy (comes with a door anchor and an extra long strap) such as a door, a tree in your garden, anything that can hold your weight and you are good to go. You can change the difficulty of the exercise just by how you position yourself, this is a body weight workout.I travel a lot and often stay in hotels, this is perfect for traveling as it packs nice and small in the supplied travel bag and can just be hooked onto the door so I can work out right in the hotel room.

I LOVE this piece of fitness kit soooo much... Its neat, its small, its smart, it works... I had decided that running was not enough to keep me in good shape, and that I wanted to tone and firm up. Weights are OK, but I'm not a member of a gym and dont have a full selection at home, so I thought I'd give a TRX a go... its just brilliant, I pull up a YouTube workout and follow it through.... this is particularly good, as you have the encouragement of a trainer, and a good range of exercises to do. Abs using the TRX kill! My arms without a doubt are looking and feeling much better, and thats just after a couple of weeks of use... V pleased with the product, and would recommend this one to everyone. Nice solid construction. Thanks x

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing and this one seemed the most popular, and I am not disappointed. If anything I'm more impressed than I thought I'd be! The build of the product is fantastic- really strong quality nylon webbing straps, quality easily adjustable buckles, and the foot cradles and handles are great. I'd owned a version of the same thing by another brand before and found it took too long to adjust strap length that it hindered being able to follow a TRX app programme without having to pause it for ages. This Protone kit will definitely not have the same issues. Also the foot cradles hold your feet well - my last version was awful for this and it drove me mad!I live in a small flat and this is a great home gym solution for me. I also travel a lot so intend to take it with me to work out in my hotel room.It is slightly heavier than I'd anticipated, due to it having metal adjustment buckles (but they are superior to plastic so it's not really a negative point!) but I usually check in my luggage so weight isn't a problem really.There are lots of free apps for TRX type workouts so I don't know why anyone would buy a more expensive branded version- even if they come with a dvd- than this as its really a great purchase!Very happy customer!

Was a bit sceptical before buying, and thought i'd go for this because of price compared to the brand name version, and also because I'm lazy when it comes to exercise so even if it was cheaply made I wouldn't mind.... for an exercise kit like this, the price offered by bodycore is what I expect to be reasonable price! and now that I've got it, I'm very surprised at the quality - strong, durable nylon straps and hooks, easy to setup on the door in my flat, all I need now is someone to keep me motivated with exercise after this first couple weeks when my enthusiasm wears off!

Do not see how this product could be any better, well made, heavy duty hooks and buckles, chunky handles, feels like it would cost more than it does...
