Delicious, But You Must Commit to Chopsticks
I bought these udon noodles and can confirm they are excellent. Soft, chewy, comforting, everything you want from a proper bowl of udon. However, let’s be clear, these noodles demand chopsticks. A fork will not do. A spoon will laugh at you. You either accept the chopsticks lifestyle or prepare for noodle-based chaos. Once you surrender and pick up the chopsticks, they’re absolutely perfect. They soak up sauce beautifully, have a great texture, and turn any meal into something that feels far more impressive than the effort involved. Would buy again. Would also accept that chopsticks are now mandatory kitchen equipment. 🍜✨

Wonderful noodles and much thicker than Chinese egg noodles, very versatile and easy to cook with and they keep fresh for a long time too.
