This is really not quite what I expected. It's a self assembly obelisk made up of a lot of smallish parts and screwed together with steel nuts and bolts which will quite quickly rust and become immovable. One of the bolts had a small piece of metal sticking out of the thread which I had to file down with a metal rasp before it would go through the nut. The instruction diagram does not make it clear that it is essential to make up the 3 circles (each made of 4 pieces that slot into each other: not especially easy) before attempting to attach them to the leg pieces. Slot a leg piece into the top section "leg" and then screw through all the holes into the ring, working your way right round all four "legs". Do NOT tighten all the bolts hard into the nuts at this stage. Then take more leg pieces and attach them and the next ring in the same way for the next two rings. Then you can tighten everything up. It does feel quite wobbly until you push the bottom of the legs into the ground then it will be quite stable. But I don't hold out massive hopes that it will last a very long time - you get what you pay for. That said, once assembled, it does look very nice and is big enough to take a climbing rose and/or a largish clematis. So good value for money in some ways.
