I received this today and while it looks nice and appears to be working this loose connection is worrying as I tried a different brand before which was also loose and it quickly become impossible to put on as you had to keep moving the cable around to get it to start sometimes without success. This looks like it’s going to have same problem. *as an update I would like to commend this company on their outstanding service as they very quickly assured me and sent a new replacement..well done 👍🏼
