I've been on probiotics for years. I decided to give this a try and now keep it on subscription. I take this at night right before bed without food and only water, so no sensitive tummy issues have come up (but this was always my probiotic routine). Regular movements are great for feeling good. Not sure if there have been other effects but I definitely recommend this for the girlies. And I'm not paid, promotional, or a bot. But I read reviews to inform my own purchasing, so hope this helps.

Just bought my second jar. First the quality of the packaging is wonderful, I have not had any upset tummy issues while taking. Highly recommend. Everything I needed and more. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I've been taking this for about 6 months. It works exactly as advertised. Best of all when I needed to take a course of antibiotics this product saved my gut from the miserable side effects I normally experience I gave it 4 stars because of the cost. It definitely pushed my budget to the max! This is the only reason I may need to consider discontinuing future orders.

I like these they have no taste. I felt effectiveness immediately. Regular sized pill in serving size of 2 pills. Value wise they are a little costly compared to other products on the market will consider buying them again.

Love love love. I was looking for a tribiotic for months and this one checked all my boxes. I wanted to find something that was equivalent to a natural probiotic and this was it!!! I started seeing results about a month in and I was not disappointed that’s for sure. My digestion improved, my bowel movements are more frequent which is healthy, and my overall bloating is maintained. I’ve repurchased and will continue to do so.

These have helped me so much. I was having so many issues with bloating and this has really helped reduce that and I feel that my digestive issues have started to go away
