Arrived in perfect condition with no scratches, full 100% battery capacity, and right on time. Totally worth the money and a great upgrade. I love the color, the quality is excellent, and it even comes with a charger.

Phone is pristine! Not a single scratch or blemish, battery health is at 100%. Speakers are in perfect condition. If you put this phone next to a brand new one you wouldn’t have a clue which is which. Absolutely impressed. Phone is fully unlocked, solid, lightweight. Fits in my hand perfectly. Hooked in up to my carrier in less than 5 minutes. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Great iPhone, it’s very fast, easy to use and it looks very nice. Face ID works perfectly too! I would definitely buy this again!

My biggest worry was that the battery health wouldn’t be at 100% when I got it, and that was a deal breaker for me and all the reviews seemed to say that it did. And that’s why I chose this one. I got it and immediately checked it and it was. So I was thrilled. And I was amazed at how relatively new this phone actually was. It was in great condition when it arrived. There were 2 micro scratches on the screen. But I put a screen protector on which I was going to do anyway and I couldn’t even tell you where those scratches are now. The price was really good compared to a brand new one from Apple. Set up was super easy, and probably took about a half hour if that to switch from my iPhone 12 to this 16. Highly recommend, if you need a new phone and have a weird carrier that doesn’t do upgrades like mine.

OMG after not having a phone for five months, getting this one was amazing. Only came with a few light scratches that aren’t visible at all, camera is intact and works nice. And the battery capacity was 93% when I got it. I couldn’t access my old phone bc the screen was broken, but everything transferred over beautifully!! So happy!!!!

I will be real and list the pros and cons about this iphone. Pros: It's a legit, unlocked iPhone. It works perfectly fine and takes awesome photos! I haven't had it recently scratch or cracked despite dropping it once or twice. It isn't slow (like my last iPhone), battery life is amazing, and charges very quickly as well. The price isn't as bad compared to the Apple Store. It looks fine to the eye. It works fine with my MacBook as well. It came with a charger. Cons: It came a little bit scratched. The bottom had a little dent or scratch to it. Nothing too noticeable. Personally, it wasn't a problem for me but it can be for others so I thought I should mention. One notable issue for me though is the screen turning hot pink. I'm not sure what exactly what it is but on rare occasions, if my phone is left on and slowly dims the screen (you know when it's about to turn off), the screen suddenly has a hot pink filter over it and a bold hot pink border around the screen. It's not causing me any issues at the moment BUT I fear it might in the future and I may have to pay for it to be repaired.

I haven’t had it for even more than a day, and I am already so impressed. The phone came beautifully, no scratches, works fine, good set up. Color was black, came perfect. The phone itself had no scratches, works great and it awesome. The only problem I have is that the Apple Intelligence takes FOREVER to set up and it makes the phone overheat bad, it also was overheating while setting up, and still does every now and then when I’m putting a lot on it, but other than that it is great. Was it worth the $690 I paid? Yes. I think it was worth the money. In the description, it says that it supports Nano-Sim (Meaning it has a Sim Card slot.) But it didn’t end up having it, but eSim set up is MORE than easy! Everything has been great, and I am super happy, as I’m upgrading from an iPhone 11, and definitely trust the company. Thank you!! (UPDATE - The phone was having temperature problems ONLY because it was setting up and a lot was happening on it all at once. Temperature has been great, left it in the sun for about 30 minutes and came back out and grabbed it and it was mildly warm. Very happy! Also, eSim set up was MORE than easy, just opened my provider app, tapped convert to eSim and it did it all for me! Extremely happy! Definitely worth the money!

I received my phone via 2 day FedEx on February 4, 2026. The phone looks great and seems to be in good shape. The phone was unlocked and I had no connection problems with my carrier. A charging cable was included. I do not use phones for gaming, etc., just normal use. Hopefully it will work out. My battery health is normal but the maximum capacity is is at 89% and the cycle count at 585. The product has a manufacture date of August 2024 and First Use of October 2024. I was disappointed that the maximum battery capacity wasn't higher and the cycle count lower. Many people who provide reviews from this seller are receiving phones with battery capacity at over 95% and many with 100%. Certainly, I did not receive one with that capacity. Hopefully, I will not have any issues with this phone. This is the first time I have purchased a refurbished iPhone.

Llego rápido y bien empaquetado. El equipo en excelentes condiciones, sin ningún detalle por ningún lado! Batería al 100% con 180 ciclos pero eso es algo que ya sabia, excelente por un precio tan bajo. Todo supero mis expectativas y estoy muy contenta con la compra :)!!!!!

Got my new iPhone 16 today the phone is in great shape, it has one scratch on the screen but no other scratches or damage. It fired up with enough charge to do my transfer and load all my apps. Works great arrived so fast too! Great deal!

Me encantó el celular, estetica de 10 no llegó con ningún rayadura o golpe, batería al 94% con 304 ciclos. Por el precio me parece una excelente opción, me salió $11,709 aunque hace 2 días me llegó y tenía 95% de batería y ahorita tiene 94%, veré que sucede o si todo bien. Tiene tarjeta E-SIM no tiene FÍSICA. Actualizaré cualquier cosa(17/12/2025).
