I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this stuff! Currently living in Oregon and it rains almost every day, the vitamin D and omega-3 really helps keep my mood up and active, I take it daily! it's a larger pill, but the gel capsules are easy to swallow, it doesn't have a smell and no weird after taste either. I've had it for a few months now and can feel a difference in how much less I get sick as well, will certainly be grabbing another bottle after mine is finished.

I had this tiny bumps on my upper arms and small case of what they call "strawberry legs"--- it's when your pores on you legs turn red. Anywho, they're almost completely gone now and I've been having one a day for about 2-3 weeks now. Works great!
