Keeps my coffee warm BUT it does not get five stars because it doesn't keep my coffee hot. The hottest setting is just warm. I hope they read this review and make one with a higher temperature setting.

Keeps the contents of the mug steaming hot! It is a great product. The timer function is nice to have because you don't have to worry about leaving it on and burning anything.

I’ve been using this mug warmer on my desk during workdays, mainly for coffee in the mornings and tea in the afternoon. The setup is simple, and the controls are easy to understand. The packaging was neat and the instruction sheet explained the temperature settings clearly. In use, it does help keep drinks warm, but the results depend a lot on the mug. With a flat bottom ceramic mug, the middle temperature works reasonably well. With thicker or rounded mugs, the heat doesn’t transfer as evenly, so the drink cools faster than expected. It feels more like a gentle warmer than something that can reheat a drink. Two small suggestions: clearer guidance on which mug types work best would help, and a slightly stronger low setting could improve consistency. Overall, it’s useful if expectations are modest, but it may not suit everyone’s setup.
