replacement ball point for gel type. works a treat

Brand new cartridge to replace the one I ahd that lasted almost 2 years. This brand new one is faint and constantly stops working. I would exchange for a new one but there's no option to.

Excellent quality. But not as advertised as a pack of 2. Customer service is brilliant to sort the issue.

So I buy a couple of really cool Cross Click gel pens… but then I need a refill or two; particularly an 8910-1. And then my troubles begin. Refills suddenly rise in price from a few pounds each to the equivalent of the cost of the pen. And every one that I’m told is good for what I require is sadly a failure. Maybe Cross could put something on their website to explain their delivery problems? Or is that too much to ask?
