Great value, perfect match, easy to install.
The battery works great. It looks and fits like the OEM Dell battery - easy to install. It was packaged well and came charged at 90%. A screwdriver is included along with an extra screw. The battery health and wear seems to be reporting properly in HWiNFO. Great value for my money.

Nice laptop battery replacement
Battery is an exact fit and has the same specifications as the original laptop’s battery. The included tools helped with the installation which is an easy task. Battery happened to be on sale at the time I was searching for a replacement. So far, the new battery has been performing very well. It’s nice not being tied down to the power adapter plugged into a wall outlet.

Quickly loses full-charge capacity
This battery is a direct fit for the original Dell battery. At first everything was normal; the full capacity was 68 kWh just like the original. However, after barely more than 2 weeks of moderate use, the capacity has fallen to just 88.5%. I only use my laptop after work and on weekends for study. I had set the maximum charge level in BIOS to 89% so I thought that might be it. I changed it back to allowing 100% charge, but still, different battery apps were showing a maximum capacity of just 60 kWh. So if you your original battery charges to less than 60 kWh, I'd say the price is right and it's still a good buy. Otherwise, it's in no way a direct replacement- quality-wise. I guess you get what you pay for.

It fits and it works.
It fit in the Latitude 5501 perfectly and solved my power issues. The little screwdriver was a nice touch.

I think its better. Feels longer?
Replacement went well, the capacity is ok. I think its better? Definitely seems like an upgrade. System reports around 86% battery health. Just so you know: your old battery might have an extension cable that goes under the battery from the port to the battery connector on the other side, you might have to transfer this to the new battery to connect it to the motherboard.

Only 80% Capacity when brand new, gets worse from their
I just received the battery and as per the instructions, I installed the battery and ran the laptop with just the battery until it reached 6%, then I charged it to 100% with the original charger from Dell. I then powered on the laptop and ran the Windows battery report. As you can see in the highlighted area in the picture, this is the first time the battery has been charged and it only charged to 54,720 mWh but its capacity is 68,005 mWh. So brand new it only has 80% of specified capacity. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE!
