I have been using this supplement over 6 months now and I have no issues with it. Small/normal size for this type of pills. I have no problem swallowing it and taking it with other vitamins at the same time. I take this vitamin B to make sure I get enough daily dose of folic acid and B12, it helps me to focus and have more energy during the day. It's part of my daily "brain food" dose. It's a pretty clean vitamin with not a lot of inactive or added ingredients, which is a must for me.

This is a very good product. I've been taking vitamins for decades. When you take them, make sure you are getting a quality product, otherwise you're wasting your money and not getting any benefit. Nearly all the rest (actually, all that I could find) get very skimpy with the bottom three: choline, inositol, and PABA. Since these need to be taken in quantity, and since 100 mg. is actually too little, the other brands are pathetic by contrast. Many have started dropping one or more of the three, and substituting Vitamin C or something else. I emphatically recommend Solaray B Complex 100's.
