Good as effective on my hormones and does not smell strong as most fenugreek...it has higher dosage which i needed, helped my digestion and capsule is normal size ill re buy again

I’ve been taking this for a month now. I’m not sure if it’s working or not. My libido has increased these days, but my stress levels have also been lower. I take only 1 as the level of saponins in 1 is within the range that most studies use. Maple syrup smell 100%. Very strong in arm pits and taking this has changed my overall body odour which I do not like. Will not be buying again, unfortunately
