I bought 4 of these counter stools and they look amazing in my kitchen! Very sturdy and comfy. Assembly was easy - but after all were assembled we noticed one of the chairs had misaligned foot rest. I contacted Nathan James support and Stephanie was super helpful. She quickly addressed the issue and sent me directions to reverse the 'stretchers' (wood pieces connecting front and back of the stool). Easy fix and all done within a very short time same day! I am very happy with my purchase.

I’ll admit I wasn’t sure I wanted to spend so much on barstools, but these are the only ones I found that I really loved and that matched my kitchen. very happy with my purchase. They were easy to put together and look absolutely perfect.

I ordered 4 bar stools for a new home being built. Just got the assembled. Unfortunately two are defective. The return window closed on August 28 while I was in the hospital. I just saw them assembled and two are done and two are awful!

The only reason I gave this 4 stars was beacause on one of the legs of a chair, there was a long blemish with no color. And since they come in a pair, I didn't feel like packing them up and returning them. Other than that very beautiful and they match my kitchen perfectly

Pretty countertop hieght stools. Gives my kitchen a beachy feel. Very neutral. Easy to put together. Customer service was amazing with an issue I had. Best customer service department I have ever dealt with. Will purchase more of their products.

I absolutely love the James Beacon Bar Stools. They are exactly what I was looking for, and I was impressed with the quality as I wasn't expecting them to be as sturdy and comfortable as they are. Because the seat cushion is a cream color, I called the manufacturer to ask if there was something I could treat the cushion with, and they said other customers used Scotch Guard which worked well. I haven't tried that yet, but will try a small portion first before I do the whole cushion. The assembly wasn't too bad either.

These stools are very nice and well made down the price! Easy to put together. Nice addition to our home.
