Google to see its health benefits!
I’m still trying to figure out the best way to cook it for my taste. But I got it for the many health benefits it provides, and that alone is why I gave it 5 stars. There is no “sweet” flavor to it, and I use it for stir-fry dishes. I think I’ll try rinsing it more to get rid of the starchy texture that’s leftover, and perhaps use less water to get it to fluff up instead of cooking up into a gummy starchy mess.

Best rice for restaurant grade sticky rice desert at home. Soak overnight and put in the rice cooker with some sugar on brown rice setting. Add some thickened coconut cream and mango, and wallah, perfect nutritious snack or desert!
