Feels and looks luxurious!
Bought this to help manage daily anxiety and stress of work,mum, life balance. I couldn’t get over the quality of the packaging in the box, the leaflet with examples of how to fill the planner in and the quality of the paper and stickers! Well worth the money and will definitely look at other products by Clever Fox!

A really fantastic mindfulness/ wellbeing journal
Great price for what it is. Beautiful packaging but more importantly, very focused questions to help you centre yourself and make positive plans. It starts with a wellbeing assessment, we well as overall goals. Then a weekly planner AND a daily planner. I’ve recommended this to a lot of people.

Great habit to get into!
This is just so helpful. I am a total scatterbrain, so it helps for me to step back and take a look at what's going on in my life, and where small adjustments might help. The ritual of starting each day with a mini check in with myself means that I maintain focus on the supposedly 'easy' day to day things (like making a meal, eating breakfast, making time for self care and movement) and plan them into my day. I actually use the calendar bit as a diary - one side for a morning scribble, the other side for an evening download. Whatever comes to mind. As someone recovering from an eating disorder, I also dont track calories or macros - but I do make a note of the time, what I ate, and anything I noticed about it.

Disappointed 😞
A lot of money for something that is mostly a food tracker. Would have been better if there was more space to write note. Only last for 3 months. Got a app that does the same thing for the sane price for a whole year

Made me more anxious
I bought this intending to help my mental health. But it made me more anxious not less! I liked the initial quiz - that was actually really helpful. But then the endless boxes you are asked to complete. Many seem to be asking the same thing over and over each day. There is a page each day to plot out your entire day every 2 hours. I don't want that level of order. Also sone of my goals are weekly not daily- but the journal implied I should be achieving every day. And if I wasn't able to complete every box (which I never did) you feel you've done wrong. Also the journal expects you to complete it first thing in the morning (predicting your day) and at night (reviewing your day). I just wanted to do it at the end of the day. know many people enjoy this sort of organisation. This is just my view. But this was too managed, too detailed and too stressful! The book looks beautiful though.

Very nice!! It came in a beautiful box. It has suggestions on how to get the most out of using this planner. I have owned many planners and I am really excited to use this one. It’s only for 3 months because there are pages for the month view, week views, end of week reviews, daily views. It’s very comprehensive and I love it. Totally worth the money.

I feel the best part of the journal was the initial wellness quiz. It really helped me see what areas of my life needed prioritizing and which ones I can tackle later. The planner is a great size to fit in your purse and I love the quality of the planner. My only critique is the day to day layout. I’m not a fan of their meal prep section. I don’t have a need it. I feel meal prep tracking are best recorded through apps.

I absolutely love this Journal, it contains most everything I need to complete my day, it has a longer hourly/30min day schedule than any other organizer, it has daily food intake tracking, water, and so much more. I'm using it for my medical and mental health appointments and it's easy for my docto ask to look at it and see how I am doing. I like that it's only 3 months because it's not overwhelming. The one thing I wish it di included was a class/school space in the daily for my classes and homework so that I didn't need to carry so many journals, but I absolutely love this and have purchased many more incase they discontinue it, which I hope they don't, I LOVE THIS JOURNAL!
