This double curtain rod really exceeded my expectations. It functions so well and fit in my space perfectly. It is strong and the right thickness, white in color, and was easy to install with the help of my dad, a step stool, hammer, stud-finder, pencil, and a power drill. We have plaster walls and not all of the brackets matched with a stud so we installed it using some of the plastic pieces that the screws go into inside the wall. The best part is the design of the brackets which both look great but are also very solid and don’t wobble or shake when you open and close the curtains! I have six sets of curtains up there and it holds them with no problem. I put the curtain rod and high up as I could on the wall and it makes the room look huge! I would definitely recommend this curtain rod. It took me a long time to find it and I am glad I went for this style!

Install was a breeze. I always use my own cully red plastic anchors as log as the fancy color provided screws fit the captive wall anchor. Be sure to put some painters tape over the rod to protect it from your drill as you drive the screws in to the bracket. Great value for the money. Very nice color without paint blemishes. Build quality is great for an overseas product, but still probably better than something made in the USA these days. Fit our space perfectly.

It’s nice, I’d hang lighter weight ( the rod is made from an alloy type material ) curtains though, the anchor hardware seems like it would not hold very heavy materials without coming out of the wall. The design is good looking. Brushed Gold is spot on. Here’s how it translates in person.

Good quality great value and functionality easy to set up

I was looking at a lot of brushed nickel curtain rods including ones from a major name brand. A lot of them had a cheap look to the metal. This rod looks good. The other thing I noticed in comparing this to other brands was the bracket. The brackets look nice. On other brands a lot of them look very basic and cheap. I just installed them and they seem sturdy as I have blackout curtains and sheers on them. The only problem I did have was one screw head ripped off when installing it. I was using a power driver so be careful with using too much force on the included screws and maybe stick to a screwdriver.

At first I was very confused and thought I HAD to use all three together in order for it to work, but then I saw the little black pieces that make it work with just two. It was a struggle getting the plastic pieces out of the ends in order to put the little black pieces in, but if you have a pair of long needle nose pliers and grab the whole thing, you can pull it all out. One of the plastic pieces has the ends broken off and was impossible to remove, so I had to use the other end. Personally due to space and inability to just place the second rod over top, it was a hassle to get the second rod into the little holes. If you have a smaller space with a large window like I do, you may want to put the rod through and the curtains on *before * you screw the hangers into the wall. I can only assume that makes hanging them 10x harder, so I wouldn’t recommend this specific design. It is beautiful though.

Really love the double curtain look. They were easy to put up. I could have done it by myself but it was nice to have someone help me. Went up easy and very steady. The brass is a shiny brass so looks more gold than brass to me but still a pretty color. Good buy
