"It seems good but who really knows. I can’t ask my cells if this is good for them." Great comment. I had to borrow it. Yeah, they stick together a little too easily. They have a desiccant pack in there, but it isn't enough. I bought small food grade desiccant packs for another project and added one to it. It seems to have helped a little bit. Next bottle I'll add two packs and see how that works. Off to the manufacturer's web site! Update 9/8/25. Mfgr. says the coating on the pills is very susceptible to sticking together in "warmer environments. To help prevent this, we recommend keeping the bottle refrigerated when not in use (but please avoid freezing)."

I like the higher dose levels and the Ubiquinol is much easier absorbed by the body than regular CoQ10. Price was good too comparatively. A MUST if you take statins which deplete your levels in your body.

bundle this supliment with PQQ and they work great together.

Ubiquinol; same supplement as higher-priced except with additional supplements. They whole bottle will need refrigerated, unlike other brands, so there is obviously a more soft capsule containing the supplements. Otherwise, I don't know of any other differences.
