Pathetic shipping.
The packaging from this seller absolutely sucks. This is a quite delicate piece of equipment that was simply shipped in the original box with no extra support/foam/box in a box/etc. Luckily the drum was ok. Mapex product is always great but this shipper/seller is the type that gives brands bad reps.
