I love these so much! They taste amazing, the perfect balance between bitter and sweet. I keep them in my desk at work and I've never had issues with them melting, even when the office gets warm! I've never tried melting them on purpose, so I don't know how they'll work in baking or anything. I do have to keep them tucked away in a drawer or they disappear too quickly!
