I gifted this to my mom couple of months back and it's very useful and convenient. She had a knee problem so it helps alot.. it's small and nice which makes it easy for travelling as well.. Definitely a must product

Quality wise it's good..this is my second time order.First ordered pack was good so I ordered another for my cousin.now it's very small not even half of the first one.i return it claiming it to be very small.I got another one after returning and this too is of the same size.ovwr all experience is it works well...but ok with the first one ..not satisfied with the size of the second one

The quality seems to be good and it is very easy to use but the price seemed to be its quality is little bit much higher according to me it is very comfortable to use for pain relieves headache and backache

Compact, reasonable, and easy to use. I use it as a hot water pack for my sore shoulder muscles and it helps me immensely. The only downside is that the pack loses its heat in about 15 minutes and hence is useful more or less for instant muscle relief.

I suggest this bag for people with sensitive skin basically for elders , rubber bag at a point colour sticks to the skin , comparing the flat rubber bag we get in contact with hot or cold water during application , this circular shape helps us specifically to Target the pain area joint sits comfortably and during the application we can catch the cap which dosent absorb heat or cold so I do observe more advantage using this . This review is only for cold water usage at minimal Temperature.

Few days after using the product, the nozzle has detached itself from the cloth attached. Very dangerous if hot water was inside.
