I have bought countless insoles and I'm telling you nothing can compare to these ones. Forget all the Gel insoles they are too thin and not as comfortable as you'd think. Yes OK as a memory foam insolesgo . Better than those you purchase from cheap outlets . My feet felt very comfortable and they has a good amount of cushioning to them . Sizing good, no problem. Will recommend for the price most definitely.
