I’ve been taking these daily for just over a month and I went from waking up sweaty nearly every night to only having it happen twice in one month. I didn’t notice any big difference in terms of staying asleep but when I paired this with magnesium glycinate if I woke up I fell back to sleep immediately. Overall I’m super pleased with how these work. I think the taste could use some improvement but I adjusted over the month I took them and don’t find it as awful as I did when I first started.

Got these on my sister's recommendation. She said it would take 1-2 months to see any type of improvement or reaction, but I I noticed a reduction in night sweats within 3 days. However, when I whiched from taking them in the morning to at night, my night sweats returned. So I recommend taking them in the morning. Flavor isn't bad, but not great either. Wouldn't eat them for fun.
