Great for reducing pain
Great for joint pain. Noticed a difference in pain levels with a week. They are rather large to Swallow.

Joint strengthening tablets
pushed my squats way too hard and ended up with annoying knee pain, sharp under the kneecap and a dull ache down the sides. I started taking Vitabiotics two tablets a day. I kept lifting but used lighter weight and focused hard on perfect form. After a few weeks, the sharp pain totally cleared up, and then the side aches faded too. Now I just take one tablet a day to keep things good, and I'm happily back to lifting heavy. It really does help.
