Let your body weight do the work of relieving the pressure in muscles with placing this ball on sore muscles in my upper back and laying on it. Can also roll it on sore muscles like I do the bottom of my feet. Excellent on my plantar fasciitis. Harder and smaller than a racket ball.

Great. I'm confused about the delivery. I am notified that my order has been delivered so I check my porch. I received an empty, hald-sealed plastic amazon bag, even in the delivery photo it was wedged into the screen door, so I contact customer service saying it was lost during delivery. I placed another order and it arrived without problem. 2 days later out of the blue, the lost ball showed up in a different bag and I am notified that the original order has been delivered. No clue how this could have happened.

My physical therapist recommended this. It is suggested to put b it in a pillowcase and tie it off loosely. Basically, you gently lean into to the ball and roll it. It works on deep tissue muscles. Works surprisingly well. The ball in the pillowcase goes over the shoulder on the side you need to massage. Q

It really gets in there. I have sciatica and this is the only thing that reaches where I need to massage. I've use it on the wall it on the floor.
