Elemonator: House Wash Surfactant for Siding, Roof and Concrete Cleaning, Bleach Additive, Soft Wash Soap, 1/2 Gallon, 64 Fl Oz (QTY 1)

I spent a lot more time researching soft-wash surfactants than I wanted to and finally went back to the beginning and bought Elemonator. At a ratio of two tablespoons to a gallon of bleach, just half gallon will last me a long, long time. More importantly, it works like magic, helping the bleach clean the house at the same time sufficiently covers the odor of the bleach. It's a very good product.

Did a great job soft washing my house. Mixed up 3-4 oz Elmonator, 2 cups 10% bleach, and a gallon of water, then put it through my downstream injector on my pressure washer. Used the black tip to spray on siding, let it dwell for a few (5-10) minutes, then came back with rinse. I used the green tip about 10" off the vinyl siding and it did a fantastic job. Definitely a better job than when I've used just water in the past, and only the slightest lemon/bleach smell.

Awesome surfactant for House Wash, just doesn't mask the smell as much as like an apple or cherry sent surfactant might, but really works the best for cleaning and is great for clinging capabilities.

I have window cleaning and soft wash company, And this is one my favorite smelling "soaps" The smell is not over whelming but also lasts a long time. Great Value for the money, If used according to the directions it well last a long time. The Lid is not the best at keep leaks, it needs to be stored in a way that it won't tip.
