I have bought many apple molds from various vendors on amazon and at one point my preferred seller ran out. Everyone else's molds were flimsy but I stumbled on this one and gave it a try. Let me tell you this mold is VERY sturdy and will not lose its shape. Only a few vendors will have apple molds that will keep its shape and this is one of them. Written from a pastry chef. (:

These silicon molds are durable. I love the peach shape and the size is right. It can be difficult to unmold, depending on what you’re making. If it’s food, it has to be frozen.
