I was a little unsure about buying this because it is expensive (£29.99) and some the reviews mentioned that it didn’t get hot enough, but I’m honestly really impressed. The pad heats up super fast, and the High setting is actually perfect for me. When I wear it over my eyes, I'm not sure I could handle more heat! I find it really soothing, especially when I have sinus pressure. Best feature for me is how you can move it around to target different areas, like the sides of your head/jaw, back of the head, or just over one eye. The cable is long enough to use comfortably without being too restrictive. I’m glad I bought this, it feels safer, and is more flexible than a hot water bottle.

This eye mask has probably been the best thing I’ve ordered, it’s soft, quality is good. And has a range of different heat levels and is good for the price. The only thing is I like it on for a long time and despite having the different settings on how long you like it mine turns off pretty quickly

It works for jaw pain, and the switch is easy to use. Furthermore, the three temperature settings are nice, so you can increase the temperature slowly if you're anxious about how hot it will be. However, it doesn't heat the temporal area near the eyes, so it is useless for TMJ pain caused by the joint, which is higher up. This is the reason for my poor review is because it isn't fit for purpose and the picture misleads you into thinking the heating element rests higher up the face than it does. The product cannot be washed, only wiped down, so the chemical smell of the product is overwhelming initially, which sucks if you already feel unwell due to TMJ pain. Additionally, it makes your face sweat, and the switch is so sensitive that any knock turns it off. The cable isn't that long, and being plugged in to use it can be inconvenient.

I'm buying another for spare. It's so good, heats up perfectly and quickly. Long enough lead. The timer is a great addition. I have neuralgia and chiari malformation so I can use it for my neck or strap it around my face and use it for my mouth/chin area

It will not fit round my wife's ankle. My wife has swollen ankle (very mild). This item is more suitable for someone with a slim ankle and no water retention at all.

Absolutely brilliant I suffered from bad migraines and sinuses this works wonders, now no pain so far, it’s also handy if your bedroom lets in light for this really covers your eyes.

Nice and soft and big! My mom uses it to warm up her bed and feet on ridiculously chilly upstate NY nights. Obviously wonderful for aches and pains, too

This heating pad is washable! And it is soft! Not crunchy plastic like so many of them. Heats up fast and has automatic shut off. I don't travel without it!

Works well

I had another heating pad that I absolutely loved. When it stopped working I came across this one and thought I would give it a try as it was much less expensive. Well, I found a NEW favorite. This heating pad heats up quickly, adjusts easily and has a very nice long cord. I love that I can use the auto off feature or press longer on the button to just keep it on. I am really impressed and so is my back. Great buy!

This heating pad is ok it does not get warm enough to help with pain, ended up giving it to my dog since it is not warm enough for me,
