I had been wanting to get a mug warmer because I kept having to reheat my coffee in the morning which was really annoying when I was getting ready for work. I like really hot coffee, and it starts getting too lukewarm every 5 minutes. When I had looked at mug warmers previously there was a reviewer saying it didn’t keep her coffee hot enough, and with some of them, you have to use the mug that comes with it. What about all the mugs I already have that I like? Then I saw this one a couple of days ago and I thought that with three heat settings, maybe the hottest one would be hot enough. Plus you can use your own mug. I decided to try it, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve only just used it this morning for the first time and my coffee stayed hot all the way down to the bottom of the cup. It seems to be of good quality, it’s not too big and obtrusive, especially in black. It comes with a well-fitting, nice cover for the heating plate when you’re not using it. It also has a timer, but I’m not sure why you would need it. I turned it on just as soon as I first put the mug on it, so it doesn’t seem to need time to warm up. Worth the money.

This is great it is very nice doesn’t take up much room and you can use it for coffee tea or even candles if you don’t want to light the candle it is very easy to use and keeps your coffee at just the right temperature so you don’t have to worry about having cold coffee on a cold day the company is great at shipping out very fast and it is well packaged would definitely buy from this company again.

Did not keep my cup of coffee hot. It might be useful as a candle warmer which I do not need. I was sort of skeptical when I took it out of the box because it was sooo light-weighted but I figured technology. Ultimately I was correct. I purchased one on Amazon haul and it works perfectly so far....had it about a month. Thought I would try a different brand and somewhat smaller size since space is limited where I need it.

works great but not hot enough for me. its a drinkable hot, it would be perfect if it was a bit hotter.

Very nice coffee warmer. The included cover is a really nice touch and I use it all the time because my cats climb on my desk often and I don’t want them getting burned. Has three levels of heat but I’m always using the highest setting. I am very happy with my purchase.

This does keep your drink warm or melt your candles. The surface does get hot to the touch but it takes a little bit for it to get there. It works well enough that after awhile; your coffee will get burnt staying on it.

I'm a slow coffee drinker. And I'm quite accustomed to having the last 3rd of my coffee tepid or even cold. Not optimal, but what can you do? I'll tell you what you can do! Buy this mug warmer! Best desk accessory I have is this warmer. It has 6 timer settings from 2h to 12h. And 3 temperatures, 55c, 70c and 80c. It was a revelation at 80°c for my coffee to actually be HOT at the end. I like it so much that I got another one for my wife. And she didn't realise what she was missing until she used hers. She has her on her bedside table. The dimensions are about perfect. Large enough to accommodate a large mug without dominating the desktop. The light temperature and timer setting readout makes it easy to use even in dim light. I cannot ding it in any way for its design. Form following function and all that. Even though it heats its element to 80°C (176°F), it's design allows the heat to be insulated from the surface it's resting on. You cannot beat it for the price. Good quality build. Good design. Wonderful functionality. Highly recommended for slow drinkers like me.

Der Tassenwärmer ist schick, schön flach und simpel zu bedienen. Es lassen sich zwei Temperaturstufen über einen kapazitiven Knopf einstellen. Die Beleuchtung signalisiert, ob momentan das Getränk auf 40-50 rot oder 50-60 Grad blau gehalten wird. Das Gerät schaltet sich nach 8 Stunden automatisch ab. Die Glasoberfläche lässt sich leicht reinigen. Auf der roten Stufe verbraucht das Gerät nach meiner Messung ca. 15 Watt. Das deckt sich mit der Angabe auf der Geräteunterseite von 18 Watt. Ich benutze nur die rote Temperaturstufe und meine Getränke werden während dem Arbeiten wenn ich mal vertieft bin nicht mehr kalt. Mit der Anschaffung bin ich sehr zufrieden.

This ist a really nice gadget to keep your drink warm.Not hot.Please keep in mind this item does not heat your cold drink up. Your former hot baverage will stay light warm. My personal preferences is to drink my tea very hot....but a lot of people like it more light warm....for those it is a good bought .
