I'm 55 and have only just learned my 'hair type'. I have tried many permanent chemical treatments, most ended in disaster as my hair is so fragile! Ultimately, my journey with my mad hair has been hit and miss! This product has been really good (so far) and the curls that usual take annual leave as soon as 'clocking in' have worked overtime! 6 days later and my hair is still curly! I've used it twice now and so far, so good! Any change, I'll amend my review and keep any readers posted!

Great cream. Really defines my curls and nourishes my hair.

This Coily Curl Cream comes in a large 300ml bottle with a tilt cap which makes it very easy to use when your hands are covered in cream; no fiddling about with loose screw caps! The product can be applied to dry hair but is most effective when applied to damp, freshly washed hair for even coverage and to allow the hair strands to gather into synchronised ringlets. It has a pleasant smell which is neither feminine or masculine, making it a suitable styling product for all. After applying, I leave my hair to dry naturally; depending on the conditions, it dries quite quickly and gives excellent definition to curls. The product holds my defined curls for a long time (several days) and can be refreshed by dampening spritz with water between washes. I have blonde curly hair that’s quite fine - however, this Coily Curl Cream by BSSET does the job so well that I feel it is a bit too strong for my fine textured hair. Would recommend to anyone with very curly thicker textured hair as it really holds and defines the curls well.

Makes your hair curly and smell nice too

Didn’t work for my son. He has Caucasian permed hair (grey rod) which forms beautiful coils ordinarily. Unfortunately, despite being quite proficient with styling his hair with cream products, we just couldn’t make this look good. If anything it looks straighter than normal. We’ve given it a good few goes and I can only assume it is too heavy for his hair type. Shame as it does smell nice!
