will this work on smudge proof appliances?

This is the very best product we have used to clean (especially) stainless steel. Nothing else comes close. Leaves a very clean look. Can't really comment on the smudge proof type of finishes but there is nothing on the label that suggests not to use on such finish. And a very small amount goes a long way.
