I wasn't sure honey tequila would work but it is absolutely INCREDIBLE. It tastes of real honey, rather than just an artificial sweet taste, and is surprisingly versatile and mixes well. I normally have it with sprite, in a hot toddy, or neat with ice but I imagine it would also make a great margarita. I cannot recommend it enough, I'm obsessed. I can't have it in the house anymore, for self control reasons, but will buy it as a gift. It's also excellent value for money, given the quality.

Super tasty - makes a delicious coconut margarita. Good value for what you get, lower ABV than normal tequila. Tasty. Nice look bottle too.

Honestly the most beautiful drink I have tried. For all the coffee lovers it is amazing. Doesn’t taste like tequila but does leave abit of a hit. Worth the value

Lovely liqueur brilliant price

So Patron XO Cafe is being discontinued and will apparently (so my offlicense tells me) only be sold in Litre bottles in the USA and exported to UK.. I looked at some reviews at alternatives on here and thought I would try Cazcabel. Whilst Patron is rich and smooth and you can taste more vanilla notes (similar to the ones in Don Papa rum), this one is still rich and smooth, but very sweet. The coffee taste of Cazcabel is a lot stronger, more like expresso martini and you lose the flavour of Tequila shot hit which you get with Patron. There is only 1%difference in the alcohol volume also. My opinion is this is a fair substitute for that wake up shot, whilst we see whether Patron ever crosses our shores again!

I was dubious about trying a honey tequila but I love trying new spirits. This is delicious! You can drink it straight, with ice, or add a mixer. I will be repurchasing when it’s next on offer. I have also tried the coffee one but I much prefer the honey.

My Hungarian friend introduced me to this. It’s a lovely coffee liqueur and I have now found some really good cocktails on the cazcabel website. It’s a sipping liqueur rather than a shot. Got two bottles but should have got a couple more as it’s going to be gone quickly
