Good value. Size was perfect. installation was a challenge, because it's a 90 year old house with uneven floors, but hubby got it done. 😁

Works great for our new outhouse door.

The rail comes in multiple pieces that don't seem to quite fit together precisely. As a result the door hits a about a 1/8 inch notch during it's travel in a couple of spots resulting in a non satisfying clunk when it goes over them. A one piece rail would be better.

This was our third order after 2 unsuccessful orders from another suppliers where there were missing parts. Very pleased the frame has arrived quickly and all the parts are there! Very happy.
