Great product. I have been using for a year.

As a long-term neuropathy sufferer -- as a result of a previous metatarsal amputative surgical procedure carried out on my right foot years ago -- burning, tingling, painful complications have became an ongoing residual suffered from this surgical process. I have tried varied nutritional supplementation products in hopes of effectively treating this aggravating condition since 2020. TOPORIA'S 1,000 mg substantial daily dosage of Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) has represented the magic incredient toward substantially reducing the painfulness of this condition. For me -- and I'm sure -- many others; the key is consuming substantial amounts of ALA on a consistent daily basis. However, most supplement products that claim to successfully reduce neuropathic pain only contain 100 to 300 mg of this vital incredient. Another reason I elected to try this product is because it's NOT LOADED WITH MASSIVE DAILY DOSES OF VITAMIN B12. I was cautioned by my attending physician years ago, following substantial blood testing, that massive doses of B12 can result in harmful residual impacts over time. Finally, I found that the PRICE POINTS of consuming this TOPORIA product is quite reasonable.

Been using this vitamin for a while now, hoping to help heal damaged nerves. Which take a long time to heal. I pray in the future it will cause torn nerves to heal faster. Hasn’t helped with my nerve pain now, unfortunately for me. Easy to swallow. I hope to know more if this helps in the future, trying it on a longer time schedule. We’ll see ???

I didn’t expect same day results, but that’s what happened. Taking 2 a day as directed seems to cause gastrointestinal upset - so I take 1 a day for a few days & then go back to 2 a day. Even taking 1 a day seems to make a difference to neuropathy symptoms & gout. It’s not a cure, but my sense of well-being overall is better. My neurologist recommended use - not this specific brand but this brand so far has been effective. It’s more expensive than I would like for a retired person’s budget, but it’s worth paying for a product that actually provides relief.

My husband has been using this for a couple weeks now and it’s hard to tell if it’s working but no strange side effects so he will continue to take for sciatica/neuropathy and just health reasons

Quality lipoic acid capsules. I like this brand because it had a higher dosage.
